How our kitchen design & installation service works
1. Your enquiry - You contact us by phone call, e-mail or through our online contact form and we briefly discuss your situation before scheduling a survey and free quotation.
2. Survey - Our site surveyor will visit your property and discuss in detail your personal requirements. Our surveyor will ensure your needs are fully understood, and will also be on-hand to answer all of your questions.
3. Free quotation - We will contact you with an accurate quote for your bespoke kitchen design and installation.
4. Kitchen design - Our team will liaise with you throughout the design stage to ensure the plans that are drawn up are exactly as you want them to be. We will use our expertise to help you get the very best from your brand new kitchen.
5. Kitchen installation - Our expert team of kitchen fitters will arrive at your address with the kitchen plans and all necessary tools and equipment. Your kitchen will then be installed to expert standard with efficiency and attentiveness throughout the entire process.

What type of kitchen fitting services do you offer?
We offer two types of kitchen fitting services.
The first is an entire kitchen design and build service, which includes us working with you to plan and design your perfect kitchen, right through to the completed installation.
The second is kitchen installation only, which is the ideal choice for those who already have a kitchen design and new kitchen units etc. and are simply looking to have them professionally fitted by kitchen fitters.
Will you remove the old kitchen and dispose of it?
Yes, we are able to remove the old kitchen before fitting the new one. We will arrange the removal of all rubbish and waste left from the kitchen installation.
Can we use the old kitchen while you're fitting the new one?
This will all depend on the design of the new kitchen. We will try to leave as much access as possible, but it's best to prepare yourself for non-access during the kitchen fitting process.
Can we use our old appliances with a new kitchen design?
Yes, provided the old appliances are compatible with the sizes of the new cabinets and doors that will be included in the new kitchen design.
How long does it take to fit a new kitchen?
This all depends on the design and size of the new kitchen, but a standard kitchen installation typically takes around one working week. We will be able to discuss this in more accurate detail with you during the initial consultation.
Is the house left in a mess after fitting a kitchen?
We will ensure that your new kitchen and any rooms that we have to pass through to gain access are left in a clean and tidy condition. Your new kitchen will be ready to use the moment we leave the property!
Do you only offer your kitchen fitting services in Cardiff?
We offer all of our building services to homes in Cardiff as well as the surrounding areas of South Wales.
Do you have the relevant accreditation?
Yes, RGB Construction are members of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB).
Will my new kitchen come with a guarantee?
Yes, as with all of our home building services, your new kitchen will come complete with a guarantee.
