We have no hesitation in recommending RGB Construction having had them carry out a major alteration to our 1930’s 3 bed semi. Comprising a loft conversion with en suite, wrap around ground floor extension, a new porch and landscaping of the rear garden. Rob and his team worked extremely hard and sympathetically, in agreed stages, as we lived in the property throughout. The quality, quantity and speed of their work was outstanding and they dealt calmly, quickly and professionally with a series of unexpected issues that the new build revealed. It’s nearly a year since completion and we remain delighted with our new home, that has been made strong again through the remedial measures carried out by RGB. Our bedroom in the new loft conversion is a joy. As are the new ground floor rooms and porch which now let in so much more light making for beautiful airy spaces. Walking out to the garden from our new kitchen diner is a delight to see how the landscaping has transformed the whole area providing new seating areas on different levels bounded with new walled planters. In short it is exactly what we wanted and so much better than we would ever have anticipated. Thank you Rob and all of your team.

Rob worked on a single story extension along with a full house refurbishment. He came in when the house was in a real state and he worked tirelessly and was ever the professional throughout.
The work completed covered all aspects including plumbing, electrical, plastering and full ground work for the extension.
The work was finished to a high standard and really worked hard to get me and my family into the house earlier at our request.
Rob has stayed in touch since finishing the work and has come back to carry out further work and answer any questions I had.
I couldn’t recommend Rob and his team anymore than I already have. It can be difficult getting a reliable, honest and trustworthy builder in, but Rob ticks all these boxes and more. Thank you very much.

Rob and his team recently completed a major renovation of our home, inside and out.
It was a big job with 4 floors and 7 bedrooms and all completed in the middle of the pandemic! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Whether it was fitting the new kitchen, or bathrooms or any room in fact, the team were experienced and did an excellent job, helping us shape the fantastic home it is today.
They were always very polite and a pleasure to be around. They certainly have our recommendation!

We engaged in RGB Constructions services just shy of Xmas. After handing over our keys to Rob to carry out our extension and renovation works we moved into temporary accommodation. Our project consisted of a double storey extension, loft conversion and full renovation works of the existing home.
My partner fell pregnant which came as a lovely surprise with our first child, but we had no choice to proceed and hope that our project would be completed in time for the arrival of our new-born. Rob and his team worked extremely hard putting in weekends when not obliged but still went above and beyond their line of duty to get our project finished on time.
We cannot thank Rob and his team enough for remaining professional under pressure, outstanding communication, time keeping and a very polite and easy to work with team.
It's 5 stars from us guys and we could not recommend you enough, every word is deserved. We will not hesitate to pass your name on and use you again in the future.

Would highly recommend Rob and the team, they recently carried out our garage conversion to a high standard with minimum disruption to the rest of the house whilst the work was carried out.
Rob was competitively priced, supported us through the planning process and kept in regular contact throughout the build making sure we were updated and knew what was coming up next regarding the conversion process etc. The team did a great job to get it completed on time.
Will definitely use RGB again and will be recommending them as a great company to friends and family.

Really pleased with the works undertaken on my property which so far consist of a loft extension with en suite, bedroom conversion to bathroom, and major general repairs. There hasn’t been easy access to our property and little space for manoeuvre, but rob and his boys have been helpful and accommodating when undertaking the work and quick to respond to any queries.
