Julie and James had a beautiful house in the heart of Pentyrch, but with a growing family they felt they could make better use of the space that an old conservatory was taking up. So, after some discussions and planning that included plenty of interesting angles to work with, the old conservatory was carefully removed and replaced with this stunning open plan kitchen diner with a large L-shaped kitchen island featuring worktops and a breakfast bar. There was also space to build an extra adjoining living room to the extension which can be accessed through large wooden sliding doors. We hope the family are now able to enjoy this additional space for many years to come.
