Ruth & Gary had an old conservatory that they were keen to replace with a new large rear extension so they could utilise the space more effectively in fresh modern surroundings. With the removal of the dated conservatory, an abundance of space was made available so that the newly built extension offers a beautiful open plan kitchen diner with living area and stunning bi-fold doors so that natural light can flood the room, as well as a connecting utility room, all of which provide easy access to the newly landscaped rear garden.
