Charlotte & Kevin requested a stylish modern rear house extension with direct access to a newly landscaped garden. The extension offers dual-use as it contains both an ultra-stylish newly fitted kitchen with matte black interior finishing, stunning white marble counter tops & quality integrated appliances, as well a relaxing living area. The extension benefits from natural light during daytime hours thanks to the full-length bi-fold doors & attractive velux windows, while spotlights & feature lighting above the kitchen island illuminates the space in the evenings.
