Joan & Shaun were looking for a large rear extension that would allow them to create a spacious environment so that they could regularly entertain family and friends, as well as have another area to relax in. To meet these needs, they decided to build a beautiful large open plan kitchen diner with a lounge area set to the side. They also wanted to incorporate parts of the existing house, such as the walkway leading into the kitchen and the colourful feature stained glass window.
