Laura & Gareth were at first debating to sell their existing property so that they could upsize, but after some deliberation they decided to instruct RGB Construction to build a large modern side extension to increase the available space. This allowed them to remain living in the home they adored in an area of Cardiff where they were happily raising a family. The extension included a beautiful kitchen diner with a large communal living space, direct access to the garden via full-length bi-fold doors, as well as access to a newly built adjoining pantry room with plenty of walk-in space.
