Grace and Richard were after a side extension built onto their detached property so they could have a large open plan modern kitchen diner installed. They felt they would really benefit from the extra space and loved the thought of owning a spacious room in a fresh environment where family and friends could gather for food and drinks. After years of cooking within a traditional property, they were excited to have a brand new modern kitchen installed with a splash of vibrant pink to really make it their own. They also wanted their driveway extended to run alongside the front of the extension so that they could easily accommodate an extra car.
